A church bell tower rises from Lake Reschensee. The bell tower is all that remains visible of the town of Graun, Italy which was flooded in 1950 to create Lake Reschensee. The dam that created the lake provides electricity to the region. The bell tower can be reached on foot in the winter when the lake freezes over.
