In the quiet wake of a winter snowstorm, the male red cardinal in this jigsaw puzzle flutters around in the still wind looking for food. Their colors are louder than their music in the winter calm, but what beautiful music they make. The white snow and evergreen branch complement the bright red and black mask. When they find a place to feed, each will await their turn at the plate, flying around from branch to branch, excited at the prospects of food along their journey. Perhaps their song will be heard to mark their territory after having a bit to eat?
