This online jigsaw puzzle features an artist’s rendering of exoplanet (a planet outside of our solar system) HAT-P-7b orbiting a star much hotter than our sun. The exoplanet is a Jupiter class planet about a 1000 light years from earth. The image is based on observations of the planet made by the Hubble telescope. The Hubble recorded its milestone one millionth observation while being used to study exoplanet HAT-P-7b for signs of water.
