A crêperie in the small village of Beuvron-en-Auge in Normany, France. Crêpes are thought to have originated by the 13th century in Brittany, France, if not earlier. The lore is that they were born from a “happy accident” where a cook spilled what she was making on a hot stone, and made the first crêpe without intending to.
