The Green Mamba snake, as shown in this jigsaw puzzle, has a highly venomous bite that has the potential to kill its victims if they are not treated in time. There are two types of Green Mamba snakes, the Eastern Green Mamba snake and the Western Green Mamba snake. The eastern variety is found in the southeast Africa and can grow up to 1.8 meters long. The Western Green Mamba snake is found in western Africa and can grow up to two meters in length. These snakes normally feed on insects and small rodents. Both varieties live near trees and they can be highly aggressive if disturbed. Like most snakes, they are camouflaged within their normal environment so they may be hard to see.
