Overhead view of Ort Castle. Ort Castle is situated on a small island on Traunsee lake in Gmunden, Austria. The original castle was constructed in 1080 and further built on over the next two hundred years. Today the castle is used as a study center by Austria’s Ministry of Land and Forestry.
